What we keep

When you join, or book a free class:

• Your name and phone number. Your email only if you give us one.
• The date you joined, and which class you are on.
• Every payment: how much, when, by what method, and the receipt number.
• Which sessions you booked, and whether you turned up.
• Messages we send you on WhatsApp, and anything you send back to the gym's number.

If you use the member portal, your login is handled by our database provider. We never see your password, and we cannot recover it — only reset it.

We do not keep your date of birth, your address, your ID number, your weight, any medical information, or a card number. Payments are taken in person, in cash or by transfer, and we record only the amount.

Why we keep it

To run the membership: to know who has paid, who is on which class, and who is owed a free month for bringing people in.

To write to you about your own subscription — when it is ending, when a class is cancelled, when a private session is booked. These are messages about something you bought.

To keep the accounts. Moroccan law requires a business to keep its payment records, and a receipt is not ours to delete on request.

WhatsApp

We message you on WhatsApp because it is how everyone here actually communicates. Those messages go through Meta, who deliver them and keep their own records under their own policy.

Messages about your subscription and your classes are part of being a member. Promotional messages — an invitation to come back, say — can be switched off inside WhatsApp itself, and switching them off does not affect the rest.

Tell us at any time to stop messaging you entirely and we will. Say it in person, or write to the number below.

Who else sees it

Our database is hosted by Supabase, on servers in the European Union. Our website runs on a server rented from OVH, in France.

WhatsApp messages pass through Meta.

Nobody else. We do not sell member data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not give it to other gyms, suppliers or anybody who asks.

Coaches see only what they need to teach: who is in their class, and whether those people are paid up. They do not see what anybody paid.

How long we keep it

Your membership record stays while you are a member and for as long afterwards as you leave it with us.

Payment records are kept for the period Moroccan accounting rules require, which is longer than the rest and is not something we can shorten at request.

Everything else — your phone number, your attendance, your messages — is deleted when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and we will show you. You can have anything wrong corrected. You can have your record deleted, apart from the payment records described above.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 you may also complain to the CNDP, the national data protection authority.

There is no form. Ask in person at the gym, or write to us:
